No diagnosis is required. We operate on a drop-in, come-as-you-are basis with no performance needed and no questions asked.

The NADA protocol involves gentle placement of up to five small, sterile disposable needles in specific ear points in a quiet group setting.

Yes! We proudly offer ear beads and seeds as a low-barrier, nonverbal option based entirely on your personal choice and consent.

Care is a human right. We intentionally include LGBTQIA• individuals, neurodivergent folks, disabled people, unhoused neighbors, and caregivers.

Not at all. AcuWellness is a completely nonverbal practice focused on autonomy, voluntary participation, and finding a little room to breathe.

Our peer-led sessions are completely free and open to all Giles County residents and surrounding areas as part of our community care mission.
