Our Process

Care is a human right. Here is how our peer-led AcuWellness program welcomes you into a low-barrier space with zero expectations.

Step One: Arrive

No diagnosis required and no performance needed. Come as you are to our Giles County space and settle into a comfortable seat.

Step Two: Receive

Experience the NADA 5-Needle Protocol or ear beads and seeds, offered as a completely voluntary, nonverbal practice centered on your absolute consent.

Step Three: Breathe

Enjoy peer support and community care designed for everyone, with intentional inclusion for LGBTQIA+ folks, unhoused individuals, and caregivers.
